Engineering Resources was created in 1996 to provide specialized engineering personnel and services to municipalities, water and special districts.

The strength behind Engineering Resources is found in our staff of 40 plus — Engineers, designers, construction observation personnel and administrative support — in three Inland Empire offices — Hemet, San Bernardino and Indio.
